Global Wizard has an ECCN library for Categories 0-9 with descriptions that can be searched on the Products screen within a shipment.

This can also be updated within the products under Client Data to be stored for anytime this product is used in a shipment.

The Global Wizard ECCN library is updated as often as the ECCN definitions are updated on the BIS website.
